Kuay Teaw Kua is sort of the sister of the more popular Pad See Ew. It uses the same chewy, fresh rice noodles that are wok-fried until toasty, and usually comes with chicken (that's the "gai" in the name), but you can choose your favorite meat. Flavor-wise, it is less sweet and uses no dark soy sauce. It's a street food you can find all over Thailand.
If you want to add preserved turnip and green leaves, you can select "Extra Veggies". If you want to add more carrot, cabbage, Chinese broccoli, green beans, bell pepper, sweet onion, and green onion, you can choose "Extra Mixed Veggies".
