Pad See Ew, which means “stir-fried soy sauce noodles,” is an extremely popular Thai street food meal and one of the most requested noodle dishes in Thai restaurants. A signature element of Pad See Ew is the beautiful caramelization of the noodles. Our restaurant achieves this through our Chef's expert wok technique and high-powered commercial stoves with a fiery heat that you’ll never find in a home kitchen. Pad See Ew is traditionally made with Sen Yai (wide, flat, fresh rice noodles) stir-fried with Chinese broccoli, egg, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce.
